Burned my hand thirty minutes ago with a match, right between my middle and pointer finger, it’s not my calluses. It’s white which I looked up and it said it’s 3rd degree, am I cooked?

I grabbed a lit match, it’s now thirty minutes later an hurts like shit unless under cold water. I looked it up and apparently white means 3rd degree burn, so should I be worried? It’s the dot between my ring and middle ringer
