A doc about the feats of my OC

I have made it. This doc is about (probably) the smartest character from my fiction called "Big Win Chance Game", or in short "BWCG"

The Doc: BWCG TODOR - Google Dokumentumok

This is for the current, chapter 85 version of him. I might have forgotten about a few feats but it's mostly it.

You can read the original work on webnovel: Big Win Chance Game - Muto_goku_hun - WebNovel

The doc contains spoilers! So unless you are sure that you don't want to read it, or didn't read it yet, (or simply don't care) then do not read the doc

I am curious about your opinions of him and where would you scale him.

How do you write smart characters and plans?

I'm curious. Those who have written smart OC's, do you like to write them a criminal/detective, or you make them play games, maybe something else?
If you make them play games, how do you write the logic? You do it from the start to end, you have the logic first and then make the rules around it, or you do the rules first?
What I do is usually create the rules of the game mostly, leaving some space to alter it sligtly if the logic needs it to. A lot of times I don't even go through the logic consciously, just make the rules and my subconscious gets it work in a game after some time. Also has anyone else experience it as well before?

What is the best category of your smartest OC?

I will start. He is Todor and his best category is Systemic & Architectural Intelligence / Rule explotiation.

Ready to use anything available, literally anything and everything - if he gets to play a card game, he is capable of using such seemingly meaningless facts like cards (everyday, normal playing cards) are made out of multiple layers, and winning in a way it would be impossible withouth that information. Doing such actions that looks absurd, or even a blunder, even questionable, but in the end, it's always makes sense.

Should I make docs for my OCs?

Would anyone be interested to see them here if I would end up making them? I know it's big words but 2 of the smart characters in my verse is realistic high tiers, and I would like to know if anyone agrees or I just overrate my own characters... I could also make docs for my mid tier characters because there is a few of those as well.

I am the one who have posted my first mind game here recently (Score Up!), that I have written about 2 years ago.

Also my goal here is not to convince anyone to read my novel, especially that I'm not a good writer, I only write to create good mind games, the story is also gets only deeper in later chapters. I just want my characters to get some recognition possibly ig.

My first mindgame in short

Over a year ago I started my mind game novel, and now I revisited my first one and found and error or two in it - so now I fixed it and while Im at it I thought I could also share it with you guys and see what you think about it!

The name of my novel is Big Win Chance Game - I tried to describe and explain the whole game in detail while not to write too much either

Game name: Score Up!

Place: A lobby with a few rooms for everyone to live until the game lasts - every player has their own room

Rules: 4 player 2 teams - Team A and Team B No one knows which team are they in or who are their teammates are 1 deadline everyday until the game ends at 4PM The players can choose between 2 options (cards) every deadline: +1 or +3 These cards can be submitted to the referee any time of the day The cards contains a QR code (to identify whose card it is), the name of the game on it (Score Up!), Which round does it belong to? (A card that is belonging to round 3 can only be used in round 3) and whether it is a +1 or a +3 card The game either ends after 12 rounds or when one of the teams ends up in an unwinnable situation If you play: +1 - The team you are in is guaranteed to gain 1 point +3 - The team you are in gains 3 points, but only if you teammate did not use a +3 card as well (then its 0 points) Whichever team ends up with the more points is the winners

Players:
Greg (Protagonist)
Lucas
Tomi
Samuel

Round 1:
Tomis trick: Tomi meets with all the players separately so no one knows Tomi is planning to try this with everyone -> "I will play +3, you will play +1" -> If they are in the same team, they gain +4 points, if not, they gain information, giving an advantage .

If they agree, his team will gain 4 points, but the opponent team will gain nothing, also he will find out which team he is in, though this would not be enough information to figure out who his teammate is

result - Round 1:
Team A ---> 4
Team B ---> 4

Explanation of round 1:
Greg recognized Tomi is onto something. He said he will play +3 to Tomi, but actually, he played a +1

With this (the results), he realised his theory might be true (of asking everyone to use a +3), as well as he cannot be in Tomi's team because then one of the teams would have gained 2 points and the other should have nothing

Tomi is also visibly frustrated at the results, because his plan got betrayed by someone and now he dont know who was it

Round 2:
Tomi meet up with Lucas and Samuel (separatedly) - to find out who is the betrayer he asked for a meeting at the referee at a late (and diffenet) appointment
He also asked Greg, but he DENIED
Tomi suspects that Greg is most probably the betrayer, but he goas along this anyway to make sure

At that point of time, Tomi already knows, that the cards can be asked back from the referee after they are given to them if the round still lasts, and then play either cards any time of the day again

Just like Tomi, Greg also looked for someone to meet up - while making sure Tomi is not around. He found Lucas, and got his theory proven about Tomis trick

Greg then asked Lucas, to switch their cards that belongs to round 2.
Since both of them have the same information (Lucas dont know that Greg knows that he is not with Tomi and that he is the betrayer) + this distorts information for the other players while they maintain the clear picture - He agrees
Then Greg meets with Samuel as well, and he makes the same offer, and he agrees as well - but he dont know, that Greg already switched with Lucas

Greg has Samuels cards
Samuel has Lucas cards
Lucas has Gregs cards

What Tomi saw, at the meetings:
Lucas and Samuel both played +3
Tomi played +1

Results of round 2:
Team A ---> 8
Team B ---> 8

Tomi knows for certainty that Greg is the betrayer now + They are (Greg and Tomi) is not in the same team

What Greg sees from this:
Tomi played +1
Lucas played +3
Greg played +3
Samuel played +1

Since both teams once again gained 4 points, and Greg already knows he cannot be in the same team as Tomi, the only other player who used a +1 is Samuel, so gaining 4 points is only possible if Samuel is his teammate

Round 3:
Greg is Confident already, he found out his teammate earlier than Tomi, but then something independent happens.
Lucas gave up on Tomi's plan - he told his his tired of his "master plan" while the game still stands tie without much information gained at all - then he goes for Greg, wants to team with him, to find out what Greg figured out from the last round.
Greg gives him his +1 card and tells his to play it when Tomi is around - and also dont use any of his own cards.

The rules are not stopping you from doing that - Simply nothing should happen

Greg told Samuel he knows they are in the same team - but as Greg explains how he figured it out, he starts doubting Greg - because what if he already switched cards with Lucas or will do something he didnt know about?
But the Greg says - "Oh, I dont want to switch cards now"
Greg says Samuel should play his +3 when meeting with Tomi the next time

Early in the morning then, Tomi sees Lucas walk away from the referee, where they can use their cards - just like how Greg told him to.

Results of Round 3:
Team A ---> 12
Team B ---> 9

Tomi notices someone had to not use a single card since one team gained 4, the other only 1, which is not possible if both players in a team played one of their cards.
Since Tomi knows he is not with Greg, and he saw Samuel play +3, saw Lucas play something, but not Greg -

Tomis resasoning:
He already knows he is not with Greg. Someone did not play a card. Tomi and Samuel also played their cards, saw Lucas at the referee. It has to be Greg who skipped this round. 1 team gained 4 points and the other gained only 1, so both team gained at least 1 points. If Lucas would be his teammate, then he no team could gain only 1, but either 2 or 4.
The only case that satisfies everything from Tomis perspective if his teammate is Samuel.

While in reality:
Tomi and lucas is in the same team.
Tomi played a +1 and Lucas played nothing.

Greg and Samuel is in the same team.

From that moment on, Greg and Samuel switches cards for every round, keeping Tomi decieved for the whole game, keep him thinking he is winning while he actually is losing.
Greg kept playing +1 cards with Samuels cards and Samuel kept Playing +3 with Gregs cards.

So in short, Greg made Tomi believe he is winning in order to make his stop try outsmarting him - when someone this they are winning, they let their guards down.

Thats it - Has even anyone read it this far?
