Hey r/USF , incoming business student moving to Tampa in January and looking for 2 roommates to split a 3-bed house off campus.

Budget around $800–$850/month per person. Ideally within a couple miles of campus.

About me: 18, pretty social but like days to myself as well. Clean, respectful of shared spaces, not a nightmare to live with 😂. I’m into fitness, reading, MMA, and going out on weekends.
