Looking for support/contacts to petition Blizzard to make a special RP Shard
Hello,
I've been active in the WoW RP community (on AD, EU) for a good while. I love the creativity, connecting with people, building community,... But one thing is draining my energy lately more than ever: sharding.
As a Belf RP'er the revamp of Silvermoon brought so much joy, but suddenly all the random and unprompted RP is gone because of sharding.
I wrote a forum post on the EU forums about it: https://eu.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/roleplay-shard-keep-rp-alive/617751, and have gotten the feedback that the topic has been raised so often, but it's never heard. That's why I was considering doing it in another format. Perhaps a widespread petition, that includes RP'ers from EU and US alike, could prompt them to take the issue seriously.
Before I dive deeper in what is the best way to do this and how to make sure it would get to Blizzard, I wanted to have an idea of how much support this could muster. Without some contacts and people that are part of RP communities I'm no part of, I will never be able to spread the petition wide enough.
So I suppose the question is, are there people who could step up to spread the petition within their RP community and which community is that?
