Support After Residency
M2 here wondering what the actual transition looks like from residency to attending. Every day I realize how little I know, and I get that 6-7 years is both forever and somehow no time at all. But I’m curious how much oversight new attendings actually have. Are you still required to run things off senior docs on cases or is it basically “congrats, figure it out”?
