TM charging money, No tickets
I bought 3 tickets for PYSKTURNAL, Osamason a few days ago and Im in checkout, buy the tickets the screen loads and claims successful purchase, I get a notification from my bank the money was charged, then the screen quickly loads onto another screen claiming unusual traffic detected, that I should try a different wifi, try later etc. Reload the page same thing, return on the page and it take me back to that start of the process where I chose my seating, nothing in my emails, nothing in my account, just the money charged and literally nothing sent to me. It was defiantly the same account, and I don’t use a VPN so it wasn’t a problem with that. I literally checked out they took my money and fucked me off. In Australia too it’s almost impossible to contact them, no number, no email i can found, bets I have found is a forum to fill out to explain what has happened, days later no response. Anyone know where I can contact them in Aus?
