Day 2 post op didn’t sleep last night, swollen af, feeling like shit :/ please send morale boost 😭😭

Surgery in a week and half to correct for an underbite 😩 ngl im so terrified I can barely function 😭 what can I do to mentally prepare? Anyone wanna tell me recovery isn’t that bad…? 😅😅😅
