After months of secure isolation, my 10-virus historical laptop project is complete and up for auction today.

Like the Pandora's box from the Greek mythology legend, this Dell Latitude 3400 is a digital bestiary with the remnants of the catastrophes producing the modern history. Left alone and protected, this piece of technology turns harmful viruses into the art pieces that will live in the digital chronological vaults for eternity.

Is anyone interested in trying to build a real time machine? Looking for people who want to seriously explore the idea

I know this probably sounds unrealistic, but I’m genuinely interested in exploring whether some form of time travel could ever be physically possible.

I’m not talking about making a fictional machine or just discussing movies and science fiction. I want to understand the actual physics behind time, spacetime, relativity, wormholes, gravitational time dilation, quantum mechanics, and anything else that could potentially be relevant.

My goal is to start from what we actually know scientifically and see how far we can take the idea. Even if a true time machine turns out to be impossible, I’d still like to understand exactly why it is impossible and what the closest achievable technology might be.

I’m looking for people who have knowledge or experience in areas such as physics, engineering, mathematics, computer science, electronics, or theoretical physics. You don’t necessarily need to be a professional researcher — I’m also interested in people who are genuinely curious and willing to learn and work through the science seriously.

I’d like to start by researching existing theories and experiments, identifying what would theoretically be required, and then seeing whether there are any realistic experiments or prototypes we could work toward.

If anyone here has seriously studied time travel, spacetime physics, relativity, wormholes, or related subjects — or would simply be interested in working on this as a long-term research project — I’d really appreciate hearing your thoughts.

I’m not expecting someone to have a ready-made solution. I’m looking for people who are willing to take the question seriously and explore it from a scientific perspective.

If you're interested, feel free to comment or message me. I’d be interested in hearing what you think would be the first step.

Looking for advice on starting a business as a CS student

Hi everyone! I’m a computer science student, and I’ve been thinking seriously about starting a small business, but I honestly don’t know where to begin.

I have some programming/technical skills, but I’m not sure what kind of business I should start, how to find a good problem to solve, or how to get my first customers.

For those of you who started a business while studying or have experience in tech startups:

How did you come up with your business idea?

What would you recommend I learn or focus on first?

Is it better to start with a service/freelancing business or build a product/SaaS?

What mistakes should I avoid as a beginner?
