[new here] does it come back often? what meds do you use?

Hi! New to this sub, but last year I started seeing these red patches (sometimes itchy, mostly not) on my chest and some on my back. I notice they're redder and more inflammed sometimes (especially when im having a cold or sick); then they would get better and sort of go away (but not completely), and become more like skin color. After a few months, I noticed them coming back (and it does coincide with my getting a cold), but it is summer months, and perhaps it's the sweat to. I thought Pityriasis Rosea usually goes away after one occurence... but do you see it coming back often? and if so, is it when youre not feeling well?

Are there any ointments that you used that work?

Islington vs shoreditch

Moving to London and friends have recommended me these two neighborhoods. New to this group too and really appreciate all the advise! What do you think? Some facts:

- work in tech, office in covent garden / kings cross
- single in late thirties, lgbt, small dog in tow
- like greenery but also ok with city life. Nothing too crazy (eg soho)
- access to tube and buses I hear is important
- budget wise not more than 3k
- first time living in London from the US, so would be good to be central is. being near a good gym, neighborhood vibes w nice restaurants and coffee shops would be ideal
- not a big big partier but definitely not opposed to being near bars
- would love to be in an area where I can meet cool people
- I do like staying in newer places (with in unit laundry), and ok with a lot of the renovated older places

Side note: some folks recommend noting hill, bloomsbury, Holborn. But they look a bit too residential and family. Any thoughts?

Thanks so much in advance for your thoughts!

EDIT: THANKS so much for your responses!
