Sad state of neet MDS

All the speculation about collection of results takes months stands still.

Anyone able to access it?

What happened?
Today Supreme Court directed NBEMS to submit response in regard to fmge transparency plea.

A transparency plea which is already before Delhi High court listed on 08.07 gained momentum citing similar grounds.

Challenges

A similar transparency plea was filed before the Supreme Court in regard to Neet PG 2025 issue, aiming to disclose the question paper and responses to which NBEMS agreed to. After the exam they did not publish the question paper and published responses with numerical tracking numbers. It was again challenged to which court ordered NBEMS to file an affidavit citing its non disclosure policy.

It puts them in better grounds as pretext to this order of submitting their affidavit regarding not releasing question papers to ensure fair exams.

Many International exams , such as GMAT, GRE also don’t release their question papers citing question security, also they are adaptive exams.

My thoughts

I believe NBEMS has very strong objections releasing questions papers because they reuse them. In the reply NBEMS can cite previous order that they have already submitted its non disclosure policy.

To the argument that question paper should be released, they already have an order in their favour that they don’t need to.

Last years results were announced on 15th may and counselling started on 24th June. The notification from mcc to collect the results came on 23 may( available on mcc website) . Mcc asked states to travel and collect results from office, mentioning that every state office would be travelling to Delhi to collect pen drive it took 1 month to complete the process.

Now coming to this year the notification to collect results came on 7th July ( available on Intramcc website) a bit late maybe nbems transferred the results late, so taking it to account the difficulties to commute 7th August would be an ideal date to think about the commencement of counselling.

Regarding people pointing out the counselling is delayed due to court case I don’t think so. The honourable court not mentioned a stay on counselling and for passing similar order would required strong evidence against nbems.
