Need advice please
Hey guys, I’m looking for some advice and clinic recommendations for a hair transplant. My main concern is improving my hairline and fixing the thinning/recession in the frontal area of my head. I’ve attached my photos and would really appreciate honest opinions on approximately how many grafts I might need as well.
My budget is around 10,000–12,000 AUD, and I’m considering doing the procedure in Bangkok/Thailand since I’ve heard there are some really good clinics there for a better price compared to Australia. I recently went to a clinic in Perth, and they told me I would need around 2,000 grafts. Initially they quoted me around 15,000 AUD, but later reduced it to about 13,300 AUD after a “discount.” They also mentioned something about “5,000 hairs,” which honestly confused me a bit during the consultation.
I’m an international student, so this is a big financial decision for me because I’ve been saving up for this for a long time. I’d really appreciate recommendations for reputable clinics/doctors in Bangkok or advice on whether it’s better to do it in Australia instead. Also, if anyone had a similar level of hair loss/recession, I’d love to know your experience, graft count, recovery, and results. Thanks a lot guys 🙏
