Just spent a few minutes looking for this answer to no avail. My apologies if this is common knowledge.

The first time, I missed the heli at the final exfil and the game timer ended while I was downed. When my tombstone didn't show up, I took that as the reason.
This time, I bled out, pleaded for help, got down to about the last 3 minutes when I saw I was overtaken by the storm and no help was coming, and then I closed the match. Now again I have no tomstone. What are the parameters to have your tombstone activate? Do you have to just wait, dead, til the match ends? What reasons would make a Tombstone not show up?

Correct me if I'm a stupid, but aren't these 4 special items? How come my computer says I only have 2?
I understand duplicates may not be credited, but wouldn't that mean I still have 3?
