Eating help

First time posting but that's unimportant.

So basically I need some help with deciding what to eat and how to actually have a proper diet.

For some context I only really have one to two meals a day and I need to eat more I guess considering as of now I could be described as skin and bone and what I do could honestly be considered starving myself which I suppose it is main reason I do it is to keep my extremely thin body. A bit more context is that I don't work out or excerise really besides going on walks occasionally.

Main reason for this is because idk what to eat, because I want to keep my really thin body and partially because of pure spite towards people worried about my horrible eating habits, shitty behavior I know.

Any like suggestions for breakfast and lunch would be appreciated.

I don't expect anything from this that's why I posted in the first place if I must be honest.

I pray this doesn't break any rules and if it does I apologize also I didn't know what tag would be accurate so I just did venting
