Been building web apps for years but want to make the jump to mobile, where do I actually start?

So I’ve been doing web development for a while now, pretty comfortable with JavaScript and building web software but I’ve never touched mobile app development and honestly it feels a bit overwhelming knowing where to begin.

Do I go React Native since I already know JavaScript? Is Flutter worth learning from scratch? Or should I just try to build a PWA first and see how that feels before committing to a whole new stack?

I’m not trying to build anything crazy for a first project, just want to get a feel for mobile development without completely starting over with everything I know.

Anyone else make this transition? What do you wish you knew before you started?

What do you actually do in the moment you catch yourself doom-scrolling?

I’m 19, doom-scroll is my main problem. Opal helps a bit but I bypass it. Curious what works for other people in the actual moment — the second you notice you’ve been scrolling 30 min and feel terrible. Do you have a trick? An example ? Just go cold turkey?
