How to switch lenses of red green glasses?

How to switch lenses of red green glasses?

Hello! I’m an incoming optometry student and I just got a pair of red/green glasses secondhand. I’m trying to slide out the lenses from the top of the frame to see if I can switch them to the other eye, but the lenses are stuck. How do I properly remove the lenses from this frame?

Update: thanks so much to everyone who responded and gave suggestions! I was actually able to force the lenses out from the top. It just left some glue marks and a couple chips on the edges of the lens but they’re hidden once I put them back inside the frame.

DY bracelets feel too light?

Does anyone think the DY bracelets feel too light? I’ve been considering some DY bracelets, but when I tried them on they all felt super light - like they’re lacking substance. This applies to their rings too. I know these buckle and cable bracelets are hollow and have the wire inside to help keep its shape, but I don’t know if it is worth it to spend so much when it doesn’t really feel substantial in weight. And I’m worried that it would get bent out of shape too easily. For anyone with these cable or flex bracelets, or rings like the Cable Open Round Ring, how have they held up? Do you wear them 24/7? And what are your thoughts on how lightweight they are?

For current or previous luxury sales associates - what are your thoughts?

I see so many posts of customers complaining about the service or quality of products from luxury stores, but I’m curious about the perspective from sales associates. If you’ve previously or currently work as a luxury (bag) sales associate, what are some customer complaints that are reasonable and what are some that you think are ridiculous? And contrasty, what do you appreciate from customers?
