I’ve always been curious about this subject given that Naraku has never taken the shape of his original mortal body. Though “Muso” gave us an idea of what Onigumo was like before he was devoured by demons, his face is that of a monk’s from which he stole. I’m anime only, so I wonder if they ever showed this in the manga.

I just need to give him slippers instead of sandals but unfortunately my island doesn’t sell them yet. Regardless of that, I really like how he looks!
