Urgent tenancy takeover!!
I’m looking for a student to take over my ensuite room at Hyndland House in Partick (G11 6QQ) for the 2026/27 academic year, as I’m unfortunately no longer able to stay there due to personal circumstances 🥲

This is an official tenancy takeover officially through Hyndland House, and I am the current tenant for the room right now (i will be staying here until 19 Aug) So please feel free to ask me for any question or for pictures/viewing or anything!
Ensuite room with private bathroom, £215 per week, ALL Bills included (electricity, water and heating)
Tenancy: 5 September 2026 – 28 August 2027
I’ve personally lived here for the past two years and had a good experience. The main advantage i personally think is location.
- 1 min walk to Tesco
- 5 mins to Lidl / Morrisons
- 1 min to the nearest bus stop
- 3 mins to Kelvinhall Subway
- 7 mins to Partick Station
- 8 mins walk to the University of Glasgow Adam Smith Business School

Edit: did not have a fallout with my flatmates/accommodation provider, mainly this is quite urgent as the contract starts in less than a month.
