Looking for a book that can genuinely change my perspective

Can anyone suggest a book that can help me improve my personality, broaden my perspective, and improve my English?

I’ve read The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari and really liked the ideas and lessons in it. But this time, I’m looking for something with a strong, engaging storyline, a book that actually pulls me in and makes me want to keep reading, while also leaving me with something meaningful to think about.

I’ve also been struggling with social anxiety and being quite introverted lately. Sometimes, I find it difficult to even speak a few simple words in front of a stranger, and crowds can make me really nervous. So I’d love something that could help me understand myself better, build confidence, and see life from a different perspective.

I’m open to different genres. I just want something that makes me finish the book and think, “Wow, that really changed something in me.”

Would love to hear your recommendations

Do they really want us to stay stuck??

It's been days since the document verification has been done. Still there's no admission list .. I'd say nothing was on time..neither the provisional lists nor the admission list ...This is really annoying atp ರ_ರ

Doubts regarding MCA

  1. What is the admission applicable form (mentioned as mandatory document for counseling- 6th point in the pic)??

  2. How many general seats are there for the morning batch??

Regarding category-wise seat allocation in merit list

I have a doubt regarding the PU MCA tentative merit list.

In the merit list, some candidates have “SC Approved”, “BC Approved”, etc. mentioned against their names. If these candidates are ranked above a General/Open category candidate, will they be considered for their respective reserved seats, or can they also take an Open/General seat based on their merit?

Also, its written "hons. weightage rejected' against my name..though my graduation is not in hons. Should i be worried abt it and do something...or its fine??

Would really appreciate if someone familiar with PU’s admission/seat-allocation rules could clarify this.

CU or PU

Help me choose the better one.. I'm planning for MCA..

What should i go with..CU or PU??

In cu, my fees would be 50k per sem and in PU it might be lesser

Accommodation charges bhi kharar me jyada hoge and PU hostel me kam (but not sure if it's safe or not)

Placements ke regarding sure nhi hu..

Help me out..

Edit: Let me ask more clearly. My family is a bit concerned because according to them, PU looks more like a jungle and CU "seems" to have better placements. Plus they aren't sure how safe the hostel would be for me as a girl. Other than that, I already know PU is better in terms of fees and reputation.

So if you have anything meaningful to share, please do. It'd be really helpful
