Random doubt(Title)
A few weeks back I came to know that a senior from msc maths + mnc got an internship of 40lpm in a quant company. Personally, I don't have interest in quants and all as of now and neither I am aiming for such high paying interns and jobs, but I was curious about how he pulled off this feat, like 40lpm is straight up crazy and is in the league of top IITs cse guys. What all skills do these people have and how did they develop it. What skills, besides cp, should I develop to increase my chances
