What kind of Pipe and how to approach?

I need to change out my cold and hot water shutoff valves due to them leaking (under the sink in kitchen). I want to put the newer 1/4” valves for replacement. I have done pretty much all my own DIY stuff. What kind of pipe am I looking at? Some sort of PVC or CPVC? They are cream colored. Due I cut them just below the metal valves or does part of that connection just unscrew? TIA. Picture included.

Massage Therapist Recommendations

I had shoulder surgery (labrum and bicep tendonesis) two summers ago. My therapist got me as for as she could yet I still deal with not complete range of motion and frozen shoulder. My surgeon suggested manipulation massage/myofacial massage. The chiropractor places around that offer myo also want a full prescreen me X-rays etc. I don’t want that just give me what my surgeon suggested please. Prefer female massage therapists just because that’s all I have ever had so I am comfort level is relaxing for me. TIA!
