I am seeking to procure health insurance for my parents, aged 45 and 49. I have narrowed my options to HDFC Optima Secure+ and ICICI Elevate. However, during a consultation with Ditto, they advised against ICICI due to its reportedly low Claim Settlement Ratio (CSR), suggesting Care Supreme instead.
Are there any other suitable plans available for my specific requirements at this time?
Is ICICI Elevate a good choice?
