Forgot to update Immich sometimes back and now my Postgres has gone out of date

Shifting it directly from 15 to 18 crashes the App.

What to do?

Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Saw this one parket in Kalbadevi Area, Mumbai.
I had to look closely to make sure its not a G Wagon....
Its a Force Motors Gurkha
