Is this HPV or yeast infection? I am very worried, i need help!!!

Hello, recently i had intercouse and after that, i have really started to itch. Today i checked it out and uh.. i found this. Is this HPV or is it herpes or.. something else? I have done some research and i have read that it’s totally normal, but im not sure.. 😬
