I had Windows installed on drive C, then I did a clean install and replaced it with a new Windows version.

My games (FitGirl repacks) were installed on drive D, and all the game files are still there exactly as they were before the reinstall.

The issue now is that the games are not launching at all after reinstalling Windows.

Does anyone know what might be causing this and how I can fix it without having to redownload everything again?

Sorry for this stupid question.. When i am installed a game like spider man 2 from fitgirl,i could activate the DLSS and all of this things Or it works only when i buy the game?
