TomTom Camper Max ignoring road restrictions

Last week we were driving with our caravan in Sweden and we encountered a road which is restricted for caravans. You are not allowed to drive that road with a trailer at all.

According to the Camper Max with the vehicle profile correctly set we should drive on said road.

That road has been off limits as far as I know. I have seen that roadsign 20 years ago but somehow the TomTom Camper Max is ignoring it. It's a road with up to 21% grades and a lot of tight curves.

TomTom Mapshare Reporter

I have been quite diligent in using Mapshare Reporter to report map errors. I know they have deprecated the functions on the devices but the web based reporter still seems operational.

It seems however that TomTom isn't doing much with the reports.

Has anyone seen their reports actually change status and being improved on the map?

Lightweight foldable 200Wp solar panels.

I have been using a Phaesun Fly Weight 3x40Wp foldable panel for about 10 years and it has worked pretty well.

I would however like to have a bit more power so I can charge the house battery in our caravan a bit faster.

On a sunny day this Phaesun kit averages around 90-100Wp and I even reached the full 120Wp once this year.

When traveling it needs to be somewhat compact so I can easily store it on the back seat of the car. Glass panels will be less ideal because they are inherently more fragile.

What are the current good foldable panels in the ±200Wp range?

My new HP 35s calculator

I was lucky enough to find a new in box HP 35s for a reasonable price.

For me this type of calculator is the sweet spot. I also have a HP Prime G1 (Rev C) and a couple of Casio's.

A calculator is less distracting for me so I can focus easier. RPN makes me think in a (to me) more logical way.
