How to convince my body to swing with racket head speed?

As title states: I’m really struggling with getting consistent racket head speed during my serve. Some days it’s incredible, brings my whole game up. Some days it’s like I’m swinging through molasses and can’t convince myself to swing any faster. Sometimes it switches halfway through a game for no rhyme or reason.

A bit of background: I’ve been playing about 2
years, local club rated me at a 3.0 for whatever that's worth. Year one was group lessons once a week. I met lots of great people to play with and year 2 has been 2privates a month and playing 4-5times a week (half/half doubles and singles, mainly playing with players better then me, but I can take a game or two). About 1 year ago I began really working to improve my serve. I’ve got the
continental grip, switched to pinpoint about 6months ago when my toss got more consistent, load the legs, jump up to the ball, all that good stuff. It still needs work, but I can feel all other areas improving consistently, but racket head speed is just all over the place regardless of how fresh, tired, motivated, relaxed I am.

Any physical or mental recommendations to getting more consistent with that racket head speed? More shadow swings? Shadow swings with a heavy racket? Visualization/meditation?
I’ve read the inner game of tennis and it seems even when self 1 is not involved, self 2 is pretty content to swing lazy lol
