Will Kuji Figures be affected by July 8 import changes?
Was planning on buying some bleach Ichiban kujis and was wanting to know if Kuji figures of any sort were affected by the July 8 import changes? Its my first time buying off a proxy and was wondering if I should wait or just gun it.
