K1 vaccinations vs. AOS vaccinations

For 20 year old beneficiary in Manila, at the medical are they only going to do the vaccinations that are required for entry into the United States and it's possible that additional vaccinations will be required to adjust status?

Is it a good idea to ask St Luke's medical to do all the vaccinations that would be required also for adjustment of status because they're all included in the medical price instead of paying for them again and going through the hassle inside the United States?

Manila, stuck NVC 3 months

GRIM REALITY: MNL, all of us stuck at NVC are unlikely to have visas before 2027

We are going to miss Julys appt release. Historically the NVC portion is the fastest of all, usually one or two weeks. The fact that some people are going to be at NVC for five or six months is diabolical. Those who are lucky enough to get one in August release (probably<25%) are going to get appointments in Oct or Nov. After 221g's, Visa delivery, CFO, and securing a flight near Christmas/New Years, probably arrive in Jan, or pay double to arrive to U.S in Dec

Those who miss the next delivery to the embassy are most certainly not going to have visas until 2027

I remember thinking when I got Noa2 that all this nonsense was going to be over and about 3 months. I was so naive. That was over 4 months ago and I'm not even in transit yet. It used to mean when you got your USCIS approval that you are almost done with the process. These days and especially for Philippines or Africa or Middle East countries NOW2 is about 40 to 50% done only

Last year and in 2024 many people were getting the entire process finished in 5 or 6 months I can't believe I am on month 16 with probably six more to go. If I could go back in time I would just do the spousal Visa as these days the timelines are almost the same, but it's cheaper, it gets priority as an immigrant rather than a non-immigrant Visa, you have so many more rights as a spouse rather than a fiance, and you don't have to start over with another long drawn out complicated frustrating adjustment of status process when you get here it's a green card on arrival 🤷🙄

Maybe this post will reach someone who's on the fence about which way to go I 100% recommend doing the spousal Visa

It's almost as if my brokerage accounts always give me the high of the day 🤷. Except for Pimco funds that get a 5% discount I'm thinking about turning my drip off and just putting limit prices going forward. Anyone else experienced something similar?
