Her immediate response was: "So now you are a b#tch?"

I literally burst out laughing! Like... OMG she really did say that. I told her: "What does being a lesbian have to do with being a b#tch?!"* Absolutely zero logic.

Sister #2

She looked at me all serious and said: "Hey, I know you hate men so much, 'Since childhood' but you don't have to be a lesbian. Like, can't you just live without loving anyone?"

I had to break it to her and explain that being a lesbian has absolutely nothing to do with hating men, it’s just about who I am.

The part that actually gets to me

Whenever I talk about the future, like planning things to do with my future girlfriend, they always say "can't you just live normally" ,I got upset and say " why??I don't deserve to be loved?, plus I have so much love to give" Then they just hit me with" then stop talking about it If you think it's normal" It’s just so exhausting trying to share my excitement with the people closest to me, only to get this kind of pushback. Just wanted to vent a little. :-\

I once told my sister that I sometimes feel insecure when I see pretty girls, and she told me, 'I knew you weren’t a lesbian! Because you’re supposed to like them, not feel this way.'
