If someone can please for the love of God help me. I’m not asking to live somewhere for free. Thankfully I have some money left after paying rent to my “friend” then being kicked out because she “prefers living alone” and I “have too many friends” (they’d stop over with me to check on my dog or change my shoes for an activity etc.)

I am terminally ill but take care of myself so you don’t have to worry. Got a solid 2-5 years left and just want to enjoy Eau Claire, have a clean & safe place to live, spend time with friends and family and my dog, and not suffer. That’s all I want.

Please let me know if you know of anything or anyone that can help me. The organizations I called to get help all have a waiting list.

I will also clean or cook or do whatever you need out of gratitude on top of the money. I just can’t be in this heat guys. I am praying to God and the universe and whoever and whatever that someone can please assist me. I never expected this to happen and I am couch surfing with friends but I need my own space and my bed.

EDIT: I really appreciate the couple of people who have messaged me with resources, but I have reached out to local resources and on top of it it is obviously a holiday weekend so they’re all closed and I need help as soon as humanly possible plus the resources around here will get me like two nights in a hotel and that’s not what I really need. I need a place to live

Does anyone have a new or newer bed, bed frame, and/or headboard you’d be willing to give? OR honestly even a really comfy cot or pull out couch?!

I just moved back to home sweet home Wisconsin from Utah (looong story). I have a really painful and annoying terminal illness on top of severe RA since I was a kiddo; I’m 31 going on 87 ha. My left hip is replaced and my bladder is removed; I have kidney stents and chronic back pain AND beds are super expensive :’) I have no money for one currently. I’m doing my best to get a part time job where my needs can be accommodated (not physical labor, can sit when I need to). I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for years but haven’t seen a lot of openings for it around here.

Anyway - I share an apartment with an amazing friend but she doesn’t get to even use her living room at the moment seeing as my little dog and I sleep on her couch both day and night depending on the severity of my symptoms at that time.

I guess it’s important to mention I am a little allergic to cats lol but it’s nothing too crazy. A bed full of pet hair would suck though 😂
