[RevShare] Unreal dev & technical artist looking to form small, high-skill team.
My Background
I’m an Unreal Engine developer specializing in gameplay and technical art, with a well-rounded background across multiple game disciplines. I was recently laid off from my day job (outside of game dev), and I am dedicating the rest of 2026 to full-time game creation and study before applying to AA/AAA studios early next year. I love the collaborative process of working with small teams. I've previously published games on Steam and Nintendo Switch, and have taken projects to PAX East.

The Goal
I want to bring together a small strike team of like-minded, skilled creators to build small, highly polished, reasonably scoped games (targeting a commercial $10–$15 scope). The primary objective is to sharpen our craft, build knockout portfolio pieces, and make some money while getting our names on more published titles. Because I am doing this full-time for the rest of the year while taking Unreal-based classes, I’m ready to hit the ground running. If we vibe well, I'd love to keep the team together for future projects.
>A respectful disclaimer: To match the scope and pace of these projects, I am only looking for devs and artists who are already well-practiced in their disciplines. You do not need to be professional grade, but should be confident in your skills and want to grow.
I am looking for:
- Programmers: C++ or Blueprints
- 3D Artists: Specializing in environment, props, or characters.
Interested?
If this fits your interest and skill level, please send me a DM with a link to your portfolio/reel, your timezone, and your general availability. I will set up a discord if/when we are ready to group up. Revenue will be split among contributions made to projects. Let me know if there is anything I haven't addressed above as well.
Answering Questions
I'll update this section with questions I have received from people:
>Q: Are you also up with a smaller milestone before a whole game, something the scope of a game-jam or a Fab pack? A: Yes, absolutely. The first project ideally should be very small and tight in scope so that everyone can get used to working as a team while we stretch our legs and get our work flows setup.
