I’m in my 70s(F), I sleep on my right side, and I don’t wake up during the night, & I don’t snore and don’t gasp for breath. My partner has not reported that I snore or that I gasp.
I don’t wake up tired, and I don’t fall asleep in the middle of the day. I had an at home sleep study ordered by my doctor, which indicated I have moderate to severe sleep apnea.
I do deep breathing exercises throughout the day as I find it helps with stress and I don’t want to take medication. My deep breathing is inhale, hold for a number of seconds, exhale for a number of seconds, wait, inhale, wash rinse repeat.
*Is it possible to be wide awake, reading or watching TV, and I’m breathing slower than a rate of 16 breaths per minute or whatever normal is?
*Is it normal to have sleep apnea and no symptoms?
*Is there an outside reliable lab that I can contact to order an independent at home sleep study to confirm if I really do have sleep apnea? Thanks!

I know stress can often be a trigger and becoming overheated can also trigger afib &/or specificly tachycardia. I was wondering if anyone knew or had personal experience about the ingredients in Ultima electrolyte drink mix or in Pedialyte drink mix.

I guess I’ve read that for some people, drinking something with electrolytes will help them convert to normal sinus rhythm and they use it as one of their intervention strategies

When I read the ingredients, there are quite a few things that I can’t pronounce and I don’t know how they might affect tachycardia or other aspects of atrial fibrillation. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and personal experiences.

Whether our baby left from old age, accident, illness, euthanized etc., we leave their body with the vet’s office and get back the ashes. What happens after we leave the vet’s? Is there cold storage? Are they brushed and cleaned up? Are they put in a plastic bag& tossed into a refrigerated vehicle?
