I’m currently being sued by Oportun for a debt of $4,599. They went to my house to serve me while I was at work, my husband was at home & they said they couldn’t provide him information & couldn’t leave the documents there. It says I got a citation was issued on 04/15 but shows as unserved & it also shows I have a DWOP hearing on 07/14. I’m so lost, I’ve never had this happened. I fell behind & I know it’s my fault. I just would like some help & how to go about all this. Any help is greatly welcomed.
