The common denominator between Christians and Muslims are related to Sub Saharan African and East Mesopotamian/Western Iranian like ancestry. All Levantines have little to no Bedouin/Arab Ancestry.

Christian and Muslim Levantine populations are mainly separated by 20-25% Arabian like admixture, with Christians having almost 100% continuity to Pre Islamic populations in the region.
