My starting weight was 316, surgery weight was 294, current weight is 214! Age:31

For a while I wasn’t able to see a difference until I told myself to take some face photos to see if I could tell a difference in them because when I look in the mirror I still feel like I’m not seeing any changes. (Body dysmorphia is hitting hard right now)
Looking at the pictures I still was upset because it didn’t seem like a big difference until I noticed I didn’t need to aim the camera up high to hide the fact I didn’t really have a neck and had a double chin! I stared back and forth at the old and new picture until hours later I realized I think can finally see a difference. I am so so happy 🥹❤️
