I'm starting my own Corsair Warband, and at some point I intend on grabbing a bunch of aspect warriors. With that said, are there any lore ways to integrate them into the fleet that do not rely on another craftworld (i.e. no "loans" or "secret missions".)

Bonus points if the aspect warriors would actually want to live a corsair lifestyle and not just brood in the corner waiting to be used like a weapon. Best I can think of is a bunch of corsairs looting some equipment, dressing up and imitating the fighting style of aspect warriors.
