I've started considering buying a property in HK. On the site https://www.28hse.com/ there are 36k properties for sales. I wonder how representative this site, which I think is the biggest in HK, is of the actual market. Would you say nowadays all owners and agents always list properties online, or a big chunk is still transacted through agencies? It's my experience that what is online is often old stock and probably not so easy to sell, while the best deals are often through local agencies with direct knowledge of landlords. But I may be wrong.
