Mold? Fuzzy doom?

Mold? Fuzzy doom?

I’ve been trying to figure this out for months. I have been trying to fight it back with alcohol and hydrogen peroxide and everything else I see recommended. I’ve changed waters, cleaned pots, used different water, everything. This fuzzy white stuff just keeps coming back 3-4 days later like I didn’t even do anything. It’s not only in this plant but every plant I have has this all around the top of the roots and bottom of the stems. I’ve cleaned the shelves and desks and cabinets they are in but nothing has helped. My plants are now growing super and slow and putting out very small leaves and I feel like it’s because of this mold or whatever it may be. The plants get grow lights, fertilizer, a normal watering schedule, and they use to grow normally under 12 hours of light and in semi hydro. Now it’s like everything halted

First Hoya

Just got my first Hoya, I really don’t know anything about them at the nursery didn’t have any ID on it so if anyone knows what specific type of Hoya this is that would be awesome. It’s currently in soil but I have other plants such as monsteras and alocasias in PON, do these guys like PON? LECA? Keep it in soil? It’ll be in a plant cabinet with 68% humidity and 12 hours of grow lights

I’ve had this since about October, I got it with three leaves on it and this is all that’s grown since. Two of the old leafs are yellowing now which I pictures. It’s in PON in self watering pot, maybe this isn’t the move? It’s just growing so painfully slow and puts out maybe 1 leaf a month if it’s feeling generous. Do they normally grow like this? It’s in a plant cabinet off to the side of the grow light, stays around 70F and 68% humidity

Went up Oregons coast over the weekend. Haven’t really done any beach/sunset stuff before, wasn’t the easiest. Had a hard time finding LUTs that worked well or weren’t overly bright. Used 85mm lens for these, definitely in need of a better zoom lens for landscape but I don’t know much about lenses tbh
