I am expecting a draw under the French-language proficiency category in Express Entry. My profile is under CEC (Canadian Experience Class).

Would I still need to show proof of funds, or am I exempt because it’s CEC? If proof of funds is required, how much would I need to show for a single applicant? Also, can funds held in a TFSA account on Wealthsimple be used as proof of funds?
