PSA for anyone on PS5 who hasn't perhaps figured this one out - since the patch, the Graphics Mode is set to Balanced by default (even if you had Performance enabled before). This immediately caps fps at 60. You can, of course, fix this in options, and upon applying the settings fps will go up to 120.

However, the issue is that this is reset every time you exit the game. And every time I enter I have to change this (which was not the case before). I have also checked this with several friends who found they had the same issue. All of us have "Performance Mode" set in PlayStation 5 settings as a default.

Not a big bug, more of an inconvenience, but thought it was worth mentioning.
