Retatrutide and Side effects
I’ve tried Retatrutide several times. I started low at 0.75 mg for the first two weeks, doing one injection per week. I also tried splitting the same dose into two injections per week, and even microdosing by dividing 1 mg into daily injections.
But every cycle, after about two weeks, I become extremely nauseous, get severe diarrhea, and I’m genuinely quite sick for about two days. I’ve now tried 4 different cycles, but every time the exact same symptoms occur. I also tried several suppliers.
Does anyone have an idea why this might be happening or how I could handle it differently? I had exactly the same side effects with regular Semaglutide. Everyone around me seems to respond really well to it — except me. Anyone tips or suggestions?
I am a male, 51 years old, 181 cm , working out 5 times a week, 80 kg and bodyfat % around 15%
