Whats up everyone, hope everythings going well. I am currently a rising Junior in college and I am now working my third summer of HVAC in the field. I tolerate working the trade but I really want to get into the management side of it. Any recommendations of how I can position myself. At my college I am a double major in Finance and Business Admin but what sucks is 99% of my advisors dont understand the trades nor have worked in them. Thought reddit would be best place to go😂 also if any of you want to connect, please let me know, i really want to learn as much knowledge as possible
