An agent officially rejected my ms on QT but sent a long response with specific notes and an invite to R&R if I wanted to. (I did.) She has since closed to queries on QT, her only official query platform. When ready, should I a) send a short note asking how to proceed to her email (available by stealth means), or b) send the entire response and new ms by email, or c) do something else? Thanks.
