Hi everyone! I’ve been exclusively pumping since my daughter was 2 months old. She’s now about 4.5 months, and I’m currently doing 7 sessions per day.

​I’m really looking to regain some time as I resumed working last week and drop to 6ppd, but I’m nervous about it tanking my supply. Here are my current stats:

​Daily Average: ~1,150 mL (approx 38 oz)

​Largest Morning Pump: 210 mL - 280 mL (7-9 oz)

​Current Schedule: 7 sessions (3AM, 7.30AM, 10.30, 1.30PM, 4.30, 7.30, 10.30PM)

​Based on these numbers, does it look like I have the "capacity" to drop a pump safely? For those with similar output, did you see a dip when moving to 6ppd, or did your other pumps just increase in volume?

​Also, which pump would you recommend I drop? Thanks in advance!
