There is a lot of talk here about how to buff the cats. I have a simple solution that I think brings them out of the bottom tier. When you overwork and have two sawmills in a clearing, after discarding the matching clearing card you then produce two wood. You obviously produce the two wood at the start of your turn, why should this not be the case when you overwork?
