Can I buy HP extended warranty or care package again?

I bought my laptop in 2023. I bought extended warranty / care pack with it which will expire in November.

So wanted to know can I get it again ? As HP omen is quite expensive and if anything happens cost of fixing it might be high.

So question is can I buy it again as last week I went to service centre to get it serviced cleaning and cooling paste and what not. And asked for the details but they said I can't get it again?

Can anybody here explain why?

My Bios / windows / GPU drivers are all updated I've restarted the system as well but it stays blurry fixes then again goes blurry.

Also facing this light at the edges of the screen.

This is HP omen 16 laptop
