After playing through so far, I am completely amazed at how incredible spaceflight is.

In disbelief with these 64K textures and TUFX.

I have only been to the moon so far! First RSS playthrough, despite playing regular ksp for over 7 years

I have no clue why. I haven't unlocked the mercury heat shield yet. Any idea why I almost immediately burn up in he atmosphere upon reentry?

FYI: I am entering at a shallow angle, from 250KM circular orbit
