My boyfriend & I leased an apartment through Green St Realty for 2026-2027 a few months back. We are kind of second guessing ourselves as we are now seeing unfurnished and more affordable housing in locations that work better for us (we easily have enough furniture for a small apartment). Does anyone have experience switching building leases through green street (if we were to try and switch from our current lease to another green street apt)? We will probably list the apartment soon (haven't even paid the deposit yet) but wanted to hear any suggestions before hand... and please no comments about how GSR sucks because I have never had an issue with them & know they can screw people over.
