Sending flowers to her workplace? (29M, 26F)

I want to share the whole context and yeah then you can judge me.
I matched with a girl on Tinder 2 year ago. We talked for hours per day about variety of topics, philosophy, religion, business, literature etc and emotionally I felt like I was myself, we got very comfortable with each other. But we were in LDR. It was cool for months that we talked, also I was in a transitional phase (moving to a new country), but we still remained LDR. It can sound delusional but it was first time I really wanted to build something with someone (even though we didn't meet) and thought I finally found a person. We were both from the same country btw. But yeah when we planned meeting IRL she ghosted and I am not sure what happened even today. For me that was very stressful as I was dealing stuff with moving to a new country and that felt like cold shower. Then after that I tried to date some people but it never felt the same again. I tried to reconnect her on several platforms like insta, facebook, but she blocked, not sure if she even remembered stuff and recognized me. She seemed pretty avoidant. So yeah 2 years passed and I still want to somehow let her know I still care and I exist. I searched up and found out she has a small vintage shop and I wanna send her flowers with a small letter which will include some joke from our conversation and will include my number if she wants to reconnect. Yeah this may feel intrusive I know, but still I wanna give it a try and end it there. What are your thoughts?
