Hi People!!
I have a very silly doubt.
Can someone help me understand what should be the basis of allocating costs to the following headers. Please be as detailed as possible with these. Also if you could give me a 'funds to be allocated' estimate in INR will be super helpful

1. Decor
2. Photography/Videography
3. Makeup Artist

I am super confused and I want to make a decision that I am absolutely sure of. Any advice will be super helpful
